<p>Sorry for the lack of posts lately (slackers!). It&#8217;s been a pretty huge year and we have had our noses to the proverbial grindstone (hustlers!). We would like to take this opportunity to announce some exciting new developments.</p>
<p>We are proud to announce that we are working with The Fleetwood and The Beachwood restaurants. Established and operated here is San Diego by an exciting young team, the two properties have great ideas and big expectations. We&#8217;ll be helping to bring the vision to life in an exciting new way in the coming months.</p>
<p>Since last summer, we have added two new clients from abroad. These international additions hail from Russia and Japan, are both from different industries, and sought our services based on our reputation for great marketing and our portfolio of compelling projects. We&#8217;re excited for the expanded horizons.</p>
<p>One of these new relationships materialized in large part through the efforts of Nick Soto. Nick came aboard this summer and has become an integral part of the Savacool Secviar team as our Director of New Business. Transplanted from the Bay Area, Nick is an insightful and energetic marketing professional (and also a trained chef). We feel lucky to have him.</p>
<p>On the growing family front, we are also proud to announce that Sean Perry has joined the posse as Associate Creative Director. Sean hails from Motown, can expound intelligently on the teachings of many a great philosopher, and plays a mean game of darts. Our creative game is reaching new heights every week. And the sky&#8217;s the limit.</p>
<p>Stay tuned for more news as we get around to posting it and keep us in mind for all of your branding, advertising and marketing needs.</p>

<p><strong>Savacool Secviar Brand Communications Honored at the San Diego Addy® Awards.</strong></p>
<p>San Diego, California &#8211; March 26, 2011 &#8211; For the fifth consecutive year, Savacool Secviar Brand Communications (Sav Sec) received multiple awards for creative excellence from the American Advertising Federation.</p>
<p>The ADDYs® are the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 50,000 entries every year in local ADDY competitions. The mission of the ADDY competition is to recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising.</p>
<p>The San Diego ADDY® Awards is the first of a three-tier, national American Advertising Federation (AAF) competition. San Diego winners are eligible for the AAF District 15 (Southern Nevada and Southern California) competition. District winners are then eligible for the third tier, the national ADDY® Awards competition.</p>
<p>&#8220;We love solving client&#8217;s marketing challenges.&#8221;, commented Steve Secviar, Partner and Art Director at Sav Sec. &#8220;To be recognized and awarded is icing on the cake.&#8221;</p>
